You’ve heard those health ‘gurus,’ claiming that if you just “eat less red meat” you are somehow healthier or less afflicted by animal fat consumption. Question: Are the doctors then claiming that the cow fat is the only animal-derived saturated fat that clogs your blood and creates plaque in your vessels? So let’s get this straight. The chicken, turkey, lamb and pig is all clean and healthy and your health has improved somehow because you “cut back” on red meat, right? That’s the stance? Something just doesn’t add up, so it’s time to check the science, once again.
Did you know that there is fat in the muscle of meat (intra/intermuscular fat), whether you eat beef, chicken, turkey, pig, cow, bison or venison? People who brag about eating “lean meat” are still eating food that creates plaque that can block blood vessels over time, no matter how you “slice it.” Appreciate the fact that coagulation is the process of a liquid, including blood, changing to a semi-solid or solid state. This can easily happen from years of consuming ANY meat, not just red meat.
If you consume mainly meat and dairy products, you may be suffering from a high blood coagulation factor. Are you surprised, even though you cut WAY back on red meat? Fatty buildup called plaque is obstructing your blood vessels, to some degree. Of course, everyone is physiologically different, but everyone’s plaque is capable of becoming an obstruction to the degree they suffer from acute clot formation, it’s just a matter of when, and there are hardly any warning signs.
Eventually, a stroke (or heart attack) hits. Some people are paralyzed on one side of their body, some lose their memory, and others just pass away. For the survivors, well, you get rat poison blood thinner for life prescribed by those quack M.D.s. No talk of diet change, except “eat less red meat!” Even if the doctors happen to say “change your diet” they still don’t tell you (because they probably don’t know).
One in-depth study on animal fat and canola oil involved 18 healthy young men and was carried out over a nine month period. They were fed plenty of canola oil, butter, and yes, beef. All of the meals caused “significant increases” in the coagulation factor. Take a big guess what follows if these healthy guys stay on that consumption course. Welcome to America – the land of meat, milk, eggs, cheese, processed oils and gluten-loaded bread.
Want to change your ways? Start cutting out canola oil, meat, milk, ice cream, eggs, butter and yogurt and then visit your Naturopathic Physician after a couple months. Then your heart can pump cleanly those daily 2,000 gallons of blood through 60,000 miles of veins, arteries and capillaries. Stretch all that out in a line and your blood travels five times around the Earth in one day. Cutting back or cutting out red meat is not a valid solution. Not even close.
The meat myth is a “close by choice” trick. The whole meat industry, a horrific nightmare of CAFOs diseased-ridden with bacteria, pathogens, viruses and parasites, is pulling the wool over the carnivores’ eyes, by having them choose “white meat” instead of “red meat.” It’s just like the used car salesman who’s selling you one of two lemons. It’s time to leave the lot!
No, milk doesn’t build strong bones, rather it causes chronic inflammation and plaque in the blood because it still contains animal fat. Butter or margarine? That’s another trick question. Why consider the lesser of two evils (saturated fats that lead to heart attacks, strokes, and dementia) if you can simply choose plant-based butter, cheese and cream cheese that tastes the same?
Here’s a little factoid you may not be familiar with, yet. Red meat, if you just must eat it, is actually MORE nutrient dense than “white” meat. So there’s that. Tune in to NewsTarget.com for updates on more MEAT MYTHS so you don’t fall for the hoaxes that lead to an early, expensive “death by Farma.” Here’s a choice: Choose not to eat food that clogs your veins and arteries. Look into a sensible, tasty plant-based food regimen and never second-guess it again.
